Install Opplex TV on Smart TV, Firestick, iPhone and PC

Before you start

You need two things: an internet connection and an Opplex login. If you do not have a login yet, ask for a free trial on WhatsApp. We send a username, password and server URL (or a portal URL for MAG boxes). Keep that message open, you will type these details during setup.

Opplex TV on Firestick

Firestick is the easiest way to put Opplex on any TV with an HDMI port, including older TVs that are not smart.

1. On the Fire TV home screen, search for Downloader and install it.
2. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options and turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader. No Developer options? Open About and click the device name seven times.
3. Open Downloader and enter the Opplex APK link we send you on WhatsApp.
4. Install, open Opplex TV and log in with your username and password.

Opplex TV on Android TV and Google TV

Sony, TCL, Hisense, Xiaomi and other TVs with Android TV or Google TV, and Android TV boxes, can install the Opplex APK directly:

1. Open the Play Store on the TV and install Downloader (by AFTVnews) or a file manager.
2. Go to Settings > Device preferences > Security and allow unknown apps for Downloader.
3. In Downloader, type the Opplex APK link we send you on WhatsApp and press Go.
4. Install the Opplex TV APK, open it and log in.

Opplex TV on Samsung Smart TV

Samsung TVs run Tizen, which cannot install APK files. You use an IPTV player app from the Samsung store instead:

1. Press the Home button and open Apps.
2. Search for an IPTV player. Player apps on Samsung change often, so ask us on WhatsApp which one works best on your TV model today.
3. Open the player and choose the Xtream login (username, password, server URL) or the M3U link option.
4. Enter the details we sent you and wait for the channel list to load.

Some players show a MAC address or device key on the first screen. Send us that code and we add your Opplex playlist for you.

Opplex TV on LG Smart TV

LG TVs run webOS. Open the LG Content Store, search for an IPTV player, install it and log in with your Opplex details, just like on Samsung. If your TV is old and the player apps are slow, a Firestick or Android box gives a smoother result for little money.

Opplex TV app for iPhone and iPad

There is no Opplex APK for iOS, because APK files are for Android only. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV:

1. Open the App Store and install an IPTV player that supports Xtream login. IPTV Smarters Pro is a common choice.
2. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
3. Type any name, then your Opplex username, password and server URL.
4. Tap Add user and open Live TV, Movies or Series.

Opplex TV for PC: Windows and Mac

On a computer you have two options. The simplest is a desktop IPTV player: install it, pick the Xtream or M3U login and enter your Opplex details. If you prefer the exact Opplex app, install an Android emulator such as BlueStacks, then drag the Opplex TV APK into it and log in. The emulator needs a reasonably modern PC to run smoothly.

Opplex on MAG box and STB emulator

1. Find the MAC address on the sticker under the MAG box, or in the STB emulator settings.
2. Send the MAC address to us on WhatsApp. We link it to your Opplex line and send you the portal URL.
3. On the box open Settings > Servers > Portals, enter the portal URL and restart.

Tips for a smooth picture on any device

• Use a cable or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal for the TV, especially for HD and 4K channels.
• Restart the router and the device once if channels start to buffer.
• Keep the Opplex app or player updated to the latest version.
• Use the login only on the number of screens in your plan.
